This week was such a jam packed adventure! We got to hide our rocks that we had decorated at school. Everyone was really excited and some of our friends couldn’t wait to hide them immediately whereas others kept hold of them until later in the journey when they found the perfect hiding place!
If you find any, then take a picture and send it me (firstname.lastname@example.org) or you can post it on the Nottsrocks facebook site. You need to re-hide it but it could be in any park or woods in Nottinghamshire! Happy hunting and hiding!
We also acted out our story of The Gingerbread Man and Lottie and Tommy wrote their names in the muds with sticks. We found big leaves that we used as umbrellas, fans and masks and we climbed onto the bench in the woods. This used to be difficult for some of our friends but not any more!
Thank you to Tommy’s Mummy for supply us with biscuits to re-fuel after using up lots of energy exploring and problem solving! If anyone else would like to supply any, we are always thankful!
Off you go then! Go and find the rocks in Langold Woods or you could make some at home together to hide!
